Susan brings a vast amount of HR wisdom, knowledge and experience to our practice from her work with Fortune 100 companies in the areas of consumer products, manufacturing and insurance.  She  also provides HR advice to small business when they are faced with talent challenges. 

 She believes in building trusting relationships, treating people with the respect and dignity they deserve, and finding the win-win.  She prides herself on truly listening to her client’s talent challenges and finding practical, actionable solutions to fix root causes.  

Susan loves to spend time with her large family, is an avid reader, loves to organize just about anything and is passionate about bringing new life to vintage furniture.  

Pam brings a wealth of HR experience as a business partner with many startups, biotech's, technology, non- profits, aviation, construction and consulting to our practice.  She thrives in solving diverse talent challenges and producing results for our clients.

Pam believes that if expectations are clearly communicated to employees and employees are engaged the sky’s the limit!  She enjoys a challenge and loves when a creative solution or forward-thinking approach results in success for the organization. Pam’s area of expertise is talent management focused on being a true business partner and trusted advisor to each organization she supports. 

Pam enjoys spending time with her family particularly watching sports with her boys and husband (a great Celtics game at home together is always a good night with pizza).  Pam acquired her Real Estate License years ago and loves to house hunt to find a perfect match.
